Privacy

This page explains how clarksislandlabs.com, operated by Clark's Island Labs LLC, handles information. Each app we release will have its own privacy policy, published here and linked from the app's store listing.

This website

The site has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking, and it does not set cookies. It loads no scripts, fonts, or images from other companies. The only form is the message form described below.

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date and time, and the pages requested. We do not use these logs for anything except keeping the site secure and running.

Messages you send us

The message form sends your name, email address, and message to our servers on Amazon Web Services, which pass them to us by email. We use them to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising, and the site does not keep a copy of your message.

To tell people from automated programs, the form asks your browser to solve a small puzzle. A random one-time code from that puzzle is stored for a short time. It contains no information about you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
